Refund Policy

Our refund guarantee

The $39 Full CRO Fix Plan, $19 30-Day Implementation Pack and $29 Competitor Deep-Dive are each covered by a 7-day refund guarantee. The $79 Expert CRO Call is refundable until the call begins. Every purchase is a one-time payment with no subscription.

What is eligible

• The $39 Full CRO Fix Plan, if requested within 7 days of purchase.
• The $19 30-Day Implementation Pack, if requested within 7 days of purchase.
• The $29 Competitor Deep-Dive, if requested within 7 days of purchase.
• The $79 Expert CRO Call, at any time before the call begins, whether or not it has already been scheduled.

You may request a refund for one eligible item or every eligible item in your order. Each approved refund returns the full price of that eligible item, including any VAT attributable to it, to your original payment method.

What is not eligible

• A refund request for a digital product made more than 7 days after its purchase, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
• A refund request for the Expert CRO Call after the call begins, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
• Purchases already refunded, or reversed through a chargeback.
• Repeated buy-and-refund patterns or other clearly abusive use.

How to request a refund

Email hello@ninjapromo.io with “Refund” in the subject line. To help us find your purchase and process it quickly, include:

• the email address you used to buy,
• a link to your report,
• the item or items you want refunded,
• one line on what was missing (optional, but it helps us improve).

We reply to every refund request.

How refunds are processed

We review eligible requests and issue approved refunds to your original payment method, including any VAT you were charged. Funds usually appear within a few business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Delivery and your consumer rights

The full report is available after payment confirmation. The Implementation Pack and Competitor Deep-Dive are generated after purchase and are usually ready in about 5–10 minutes. The Expert CRO Call is a live service scheduled after purchase. This voluntary guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
